SCENARIO

You've joined MedTrial, which runs multi-site clinical trials. Protocols can be amended while the trial is live, changing eligibility and dose schedules. A patient who was eligible when enrolled can become ineligible after an amendment — and must still be followed to completion. Sites report late, and corrections arrive months afterwards.
